Betty

Resourceful and energetic, Betty Bean works with her friends Kim Cone and Cali Fava at the Double Dip, a local teenage hang-out. Betty dreams of being a rock star and she’s formed a band with her friends called “Betty and The Windbreakers.”

Robobean

Robobean is Snap Bean’s helper. He can lift and carry the heaviest of things and his arms reach into places that are too high for stubby Snap Bean. Because he’s a robot, Robobean tends to process things literally. This often creates a lot of confusion and makes for some funny situations.

Mayor Hasbean

Puffy and pompous, funny and officious, Mayor Hasbean likes to stroll around Beantown offering advice on every subject. He calls meetings for the flimsiest of reasons just so he can remind everyone of his important job.

Matty Wannabean

Matty Wannabean is Bucky’s nerdy, but well-meaning friend, who works alongside him at the Beantown Garage. Too eager to impress, he’s always hatching some harebrained scheme. He never follows through on his schemes and always leaves a mess. Bucky is forever bailing Matty out of some jam.

Boss Bean

Boss Bean owns and operates the Beantown Garage. Tough but fair, gruff on the outside and kind on the inside, Boss just assumes that Bucky will always mess up a job and is grudgingly surprised when Bucky succeeds.

Cali Fava

Cali is Betty’s other friend who works at the Double Dip. She is also a member of “Betty and The Windbreakers.” Cali brings her Latin flair and sound to the music ensemble.

Irwin Garbanzo

Irwin is a wise explorer who has ventured far and wide in search of the Mighty Beanstalk from which all the beans in Beantown are descended. The Beanstalk is magical, and whoever finds it will get superpowers. At least that’s what the myth says. Irwin hopes to discover this during his quest.

Vain

Wrecks

Some say the mysterious and spooky looking Wrecks came from another bean world called Spookter 7. He’s a cocky bean of few words and has one of the fastest Spoon Racers in Beantown. Wrecks is the bean to beat! He is on his way to becoming Bucky’s biggest rival for the title of Champion Spoon Racer.

Kim Cone

Kim is Betty’s super sweet friend and co-worker at the Double Dip. She also plays and sings in “Betty and The Windbreakers”. She likes to perform the teen pop numbers.

Officer Lima

He keeps the peace in Beantown, but never quite arrives in the nick of time. He’s always on the prowl for bad beans that may spend too much “time in the can.”

Pitch Pinto

Pitch plays first base on the Beantown baseball team, “The Beantown Bunters.” Outgoing and cheerful, he’s always “pitching in” for his friends at the Beantown Garage and the Double Dip.

Snap Bean

Boss Bean’s brother, Snap Bean, can fix and build just about anything. Sometimes he’s grumpy and snaps at other beans, especially his brother, but he always apologizes.

Chief Sparks

Helpful and Loyal, Chief Sparks has a nose for sniffing out smoke. His ability to seek out smoke is how he became the Chief and the only fireman in Beantown. He’s the first one on the scene and last one to leave when all is clear. He quickly cools off any red-hot chili peppers when he finds them.
